Dr. Claire Weekes – Hope and Help For Your Nerves (book)

This book from the 60s lays the foundation for the Acceptance method. Dr. Claire Weekes is known as a pioneer for publishing a working and proven method for the recovery of many forms of mental illness where fear plays a key role. When I found this book, my recovery journey really started. Even the modern day recovery methods like ACT and ERP are based on the same principle that Dr. Claire Weekes described.

This guy made a ton of YouTube videos about anxiety recovery and he also uses the Dr. Claire Weekes method which is Acceptance. Wonderbro gives very good practical tips and examples of thought patterns and how to respond to certain thoughts and feelings. This content really boosted my recovery to the next level. I will always be thankfull for his content.
